The competences of the Supervisory Board are defined by the Polish Commercial Companies Code, the articles 17 to 22 of the Company Statutes and the Rules of the Supervisory Board dated June 16th, 2003 with further changes. The Supervisory Board consists of at least five members appointed to a common three-year term. The current term of Supervisory Board office begun in 2010.
