The machine is designed for heavy-duty milling of webs of crank-throws used in vessel engines crankshafts.
Machining covers the following operations:
- Rough and fine milling of inner surfaces of crank-throw webs
- Rough milling of crank-throw pins
The crank-throws are clamped in a fixture installed on a rotary and movable table.
The entire machining process is CN controlled. The machine is provided with an efficient system for permanent chip disposal.
